     my opinion, it a high grade MS64PL. The coin is fully struck with full details 
     and frosted devices with wonderful mirror fields. Possibly a Specimen Strike?? 
     You be the judge. A rare find and hard to beat in this grade. A BU is catalog 
     at $1500 and Specimen is at $2400. A nice addition to your collection.
