1. Mexico 1866 Pi Peso, CH AU/Unc Sharp Strike, Rare Grade.............$625
Here's a rare 1866 Maximlian Peso, minted in San Luis Potosi, noted Pi Mint
mark after date on reverse. This coin struck from this mint is usually crude,
normally seen with uneven strike, soft strike on crude planchets. Rare to
find one that is nice with full strike on a nice planchet. The mintage on
this coin is unknown, but is very small in numbers and not often seen in
comparison to the Mexico Mint version which is plentiful. A rare date that
is not often seen in this high of grade and a better example in strike and
detail. Slight normal weakness is noted, but not as bad as others I have
seen and what is on the market. A rare coin that catalogs at $750 in unc,
if you can find one. This one very close with some noted field luster.
A rare coin and high grade that would fit nicely to a highend collection.
2. Mexico 1911 Peso, Sharp Strike, CH BU, High Grade.................$365
A very nice 1911 Peso from Mexico that is widely sought after in high
grade is this Cabalito Peso. Many of these coins were well circulated
and melted and now getting harder to locate in high grade. This one is
nicely struck with nice details lines and lustreous fields and no major
problems. A nice coins for your collection.
3. Mexico 1911 Peso, Short Ray Variety, Rare High Grade.................$650
Here's a Rare find of the 1911 Peso, Short Ray Variety in very nice high
grade. Sharp strike with luster and no major pronblems. This variety design,
I would assume was being passed from the 1910 date, which also has the
Short Ray on the left of the Sun Rising and the 1911 was to have the similar
design, but was change to a longer ray, so only a few of the 1911 Short Ray
was struck, being the first strikes before the design was changed. I would
think this a Mule, but since the date is differant, this was more of an
initial strike for the 1911 date and the design was changed to the longer
ray for the remaining date. This coin is very hard to find in mint state
and finding one in mint state would command a high price of over $1000 if
found. This one is the next best thing and shows a sharp strike, nice
detail, field luster and no major problems. A very nice addition to your
collection and a keeping on this Rare Variety.
4. Mexico 1911 Peso, Short Ray, Scarce High Grade.................$475
A rare variety of this Short Ray version and very hard to find in high
grade. This coin is nicely struck with sharp detail and lots of luster.
A harder coin to find and a nice addition to your collection.
5. Mexico 1912 Peso Rare CHBU MS63 Key, Low Mintage............$575
A very nice and popular date that is always in demand. This 1912 Peso
has full luster and great detail with lite toning and no major problems.
A harder coin to locate in mint condition without the normal baggy fields
you will normal see on this date or type. A coin that catalogs for $350
in Unc and over $500 in BU. These coins, especially this date is widely
sought after and always in great demand due to its small mintage of
322,000 coins minted and many melted or well circulated. A very nice
addition to your collection.
6. Mexico 1913/12 Peso Rare OverStrike, CHBU MS63, Rare...............$875
Here's a rare find and probably rarer in my oppinion to the regular 1912
and second to the 1914. A gorgeous coin that has sharply struck detail,
lustreous fields and frosty device with no major problems. This is probably
the highest one I have seen in grade and harder to find in mint condition.
The overdate 3 over 2 is very clear, showing the base of the 2 across the
lower part of the 3 and the upper top of the 2 showing right above the 3.
This coin is a must and is a major variety, just like the 1911 short ray,
also very hard to find in mint condition and I have seen a few sample out
on the market. This overstrike is rarer then the 1912 and way undervalued
in this grade and rarely seen in mint condition. A wonderfull addition
to your collection.
7. Mexico 1921 2 Peso Gem BU, Luster, Sharp, Rare..........$850
Here's a very hard coin to find in mint state and way undervalued in
such high grade condition. This on is fully lustreous with very sharp
strike and detail. Better then most seen and one that you'll enjoy with
its beauty and a prize for your collection. Krause catalog on this beauty is
$450 in BU, this a better grade and rare.
8. Mexico 1950 5 Peso Rail Road Gem BU 67, Rare Superb.........185
Here is a gorgeous 1950 5 Peso Commemorating the Rail Road. This is a
popular one year type coin with a very small mintage and well sought
after in high grade as this. This one is all original with wonderful
lite toning over a full luster and sharp detail strike. A coin getting
harder to locate in this superb condition. A nice addition to any
collection.

9. Mexico 1954 5 Peso Rare Keydate, Gem Original MS66+................$185
A superb 1954 5 Peso in Gem original with superb luster and gorgeous
golden toning. This coin is one of the better date and one of the highest
grade I have seen on this key rare date. A very small minatge of 30,000
coins and many saw the melting pot. A very sought after coin and way
undervalued in grade. A keydate and one that is always in demand. A very
nice addition to your collection. Note: this coin is raw and grading is
my oppinion and is comparable to similar coins I have handled in the past.

A beautiful 1960 10 Peso, beautiful frosty fields and sharp strike. A very
nice addition on this one year type coin.
