This is the Keydate for the series with a mere mintage of 37,784 coins on the normal business circulation strike and a Gem would sell well over $1000. Here we have the Specimen Strike version, Special strike with smaller mintage of 10-20 coins. These numbers are usually a guess since it very hard to get specific numbers, but on these mintages are very small and only a handful are minted for this special strike. This one is wonderful, all original colors and certified by NGC as Specimen 65. Very nice strike and nice fields with no problems. The is the Highest in grade that NGC has certified and none higher.
